Once upon a time, a young woman named Darcy grew up believing in fairytales, pixie dust, and that someday her prince would come. For Darcy, Disney is the epitome of love, happiness, and where dreams come true. Little did she know that on her birthday her longtime boyfriend, Monte, truly would become her prince. Darcy fulfills

2011 Year in Review

I cannot believe that we’re only hours away from 2012! This has been an exciting year for Inspired Occasions and for the many couples who tied the knot in 2011. I thought it only fitting to take a moment to reminisce a little. So here are some of our highlights from this fantastic year:

The goal in working with them was to create an uber-romantic reception as elegant as the setting in which it would take place. I think we achieved just
The wedding of Natalie and Brian on May 29, 2010 has to be one of my favorites. Natalie is proof positive that you can plan a beautiful, detailed and chic wedding on a budget. Natalie contacted me a year in advance of her wedding date with major concerns about the venue she had selected for

How-to Tie the Knot

Over 13 years ago, I planned my own wedding . . . amazingly enough I spent under $8,000 for a 125 guest affair. I was the definition of a budget bride. That’s why it is important to me that brides have access to planning services regardless of budget. During my years in the industry, I
