Julie & Josh – Old Daley Inn on Crooked Lake, Averill Park
I first met Taia at a bridal showcase over a year before our wedding day. Having been impressed with Taia’s presentation and the variety of services she offered, we agreed that her Day-of-Coordination would be the perfect fit for our needs.
Over the course of a year, Taia would send follow-up emails. The follow-up kept me organized and motivated to check things off the to-do list. Countless times I would email her for suggestions or advice; I saw her as the authority on all things wedding related. Her responses were timely and always put my mind at ease.
We really saw the “return on investment,” if you will, the couple of weeks leading up to the wedding. Taia crafted and coordinated a meticulous timeline that carried us seamlessly throughout the day and evening. Her incredible attention to detail made it very easy for a Type A bride (like myself) to hand over the reigns on her wedding day. She had my complete trust and confidence. In addition to logistics, Taia also managed the reception setup, which included favors, escort cards, centerpiece arrangements, etc. All were perfectly in place by our arrival.
I would also like to mention Taia’s absolutely stellar assistants. They came fully equipped to handle even the most bizarre needs. To give you an idea, these are just a few of the “tasks” they assisted us with that day: cut fruit for the morning after brunch, steamed my sister’s boyfriend’s suit, ran a couple of errands in town, delivered flowers to groomsmen, created a makeshift ice pack for my forehead to decrease the swelling of a mosquito bite; and provided an endless supply of water, breath mints and gum!
